Return policy

At Éire & Co., we do everything possible to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions where a product does not fully meet your expectations. This return policy clearly explains the conditions and procedure that apply.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • An item can only be returned after it has been physically received by the customer.
  • Promotional items are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and any other applicable taxes.
  • Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Trying on items is allowed only to check size and fit; extended use or actual wear is not permitted.
  • Orders placed intentionally with multiple sizes or variants for the purpose of returning part of the order are not accepted.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Period

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return an item.

Any request made after this period may be refused.

3. Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a return request by email to info@eireandco.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. After your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address corresponding to our logistics partner.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address at your own cost, including all shipping fees, taxes, and duties.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Éire & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
  5. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refund

Once the product is received at the return address and its condition has been verified:

  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the order.
  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, no refund will be granted.

5. Responsibility

Éire & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost parcels when tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Any errors in the delivery address are the responsibility of the customer.

Address changes or corrections must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.

No refund will be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
