Éire & Co. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

3. Shipping Method and Origin

Orders are shipped directly from our international logistics partners, allowing us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.

Depending on the country of delivery, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may be applied by the relevant authorities. These potential fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout before the order is finalized.

5. Responsibility Upon Delivery

Once tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided, Éire & Co.’s responsibility ends.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at the time of the order.

Any address errors or changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

No refund or replacement will be granted for address errors attributable to the customer.
