6. Liability

Éir & Co. cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during delivery when tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at the time of the order.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

No compensation or refund will be granted for address errors attributable to the customer.
